夕べの時に今ここで、落ち着きを取り戻します。神に感謝するために、受けた恵みをすべて思い起こします。今日の充実の源は何だったでしょうか。わたしの考えや言葉、行いに宿っていたのはどんな力でしょうか。他者に食物を与えるような力でしょうか。それとも福音書に出てきた実のならないイチジクの木のように、主がくださったものを自分のためにだけ取っておくような力でしょうか。もしそうだったのなら、そのことを悔いて、明日は神がくださる恵みを他者のために使えるようにしたいと望みます。アヴェ・マリア…

With Jesus in the morning

With Jesus during the day
“Tragedy is not when a man dies. Tragedy is what dies inside a man when he is alive” (Mário Sérgio Cortella). So many people live without courage, allowing themselves to be dominated by depression, sadness, hopelessness … I will not allow myself to go through the valley of pain without learning to overcome adversity and overcome everything that takes away the joy of living. I will overcome suffering, anguish, laziness, procrastination. I look to God for mercy, courage and persistence to make the days better for me and those I love.

With Jesus in the night
“I regain my calm, staying in the here and now of this late afternoon. I bring to my memory all the benefits received, in order to thank them to God. What was the source of my fruitfulness on this day? What force inhabited my thoughts, words and gestures? A force capable of feeding others or were they like the barren fig tree of the Gospel, which reserved for itself what the Lord gave it? If so, I regret it and imagine a tomorrow in which I can put the gifts that God gives me into service. Hail Mary…”

[1] 教皇による意向のために毎日3回祈る取り組みとして「祈祷の使徒」（教皇による祈りの世界ネットワーク）本部では2016年より”Click to Pray”（祈りのクリック）が始まりました。すなわち、日々のみ言葉と教皇による毎月の意向に合わせて、毎日、朝と日中と夕に祈る取り組みです。
