神の聖母、私たちの母よ、
あなたのあわれみ深いまなざしはわたしたちに注がれています。
あなたは道を先導してくださる方、
愛の証しの道を、わたしたちに寄り添って歩んでくださる方。
あなたは、ご自分の衣でわたしたちを守り、
わたしたち皆を一致させてくださる、あわれみの聖母です。
わたしたちは、母親としてのあなたの助けに身を委ねます。
神のあわれみの輝く御顔であるイエスを見つめることができるように
あなたが与えてくださる永遠の勧めに従いながら。

🌸　捧げる祈り

いつくしみ深い父よ、あなたがともにいてくださることをわたしは知っています。
新しい一日を始めるにあたって、
改めて、わたしの心を御子イエスの聖心のそばに置いてください。
イエスは自らをわたしのために捧げ、ご聖体のうちにわたしのもとに来てくださいます。
聖霊がわたしをあなたの友、また使徒にし、
あなたのいつくしみのミッションに参与するものにしてくださいますように。
この祈りの世界ネットワークに携わる兄弟姉妹と心を合わせて、
わたしの喜びと希望、
働きと苦しみ、わたしが持っているもの、わたしの存在をすべて、
あなたの御手に委ねます。
聖母マリアとともに、教会のミッションと、教皇の今月の意向に合わせて、
わたしの今日一日をお捧げします。

🌸　今月の指針

• 「決して倦むことなくゆるしてくださる神の、わたしに対する限りない愛に気づきましょう。」（教皇フランシスコ）
• 神に対して忠実でないところを認め、キリスト者として示すべき模範に心を向けましょう。ゆるしていただくために、謙遜に自分を委ね、神の優しさ・あたたかさが自分のうちに欠けていることを認めましょう。「悔い改める罪人が神の憐れみの前に置くものは何も、神のゆるしの抱擁から排除されることがありません。」（教皇フランシスコ『あわれみあるかたと、あわれな女』2）
• 特に和解の秘跡を受けることで、神のゆるしを迎え入れ、それを喜びましょう。「告解は、貧しさからあわれみへと向かう道であり、心の中に書き込まれる神のメッセージです。」（教皇フランシスコ、2019年3月19日）
• とりわけ自分を最も傷つけた人々とともにあって、御父である神のあわれみの似像といっそうなれるように、ゆるしを求め、また他の人々をゆるす霊的習慣をより頻繁に持つよう心がけましょう。「わたしたちはあわれみをもって生きるよう招かれています。まず、神のあわれみがわたしたちのために用いられたからです。」（教皇フランシスコ『イエス・キリスト、父のいつくしみのみ顔』）
• あなたのあらゆる態度・言葉・行いが、罪を犯す人々と苦しむ人々に対して、癒し・助け・ゆるし・親密さを示すことができるよう、あわれみ深い心をつねに持ちましょう。「ゆるしは、新しいいのちを復活させ、希望をもって未来に目を向ける勇気を注ぎ込む力なのです。」（教皇フランシスコ『イエス・キリスト、父のいつくしみのみ顔』）

Let us pray that we may experience the sacrament of reconciliation with renewed depth, to taste the infinite mercy of God.

Prayer

Holy Mother of God and Our Mother,
your merciful eyes are resting on us.
You are the first to lead the way
and you accompany us in the testimony of love.
You are the Mother of Mercy that unites us all
under the protection of your mantle.
We entrust ourselves to your maternal help
Following the perennial counsel that you give us
to look at Jesus, the radiant face of God’s mercy.

Offering Prayer

Good Father, I know You are with me.
Here I am on this new day.
Place my heart once more
next to the Heart of your Son Jesus,
who is giving himself for me and who comes to me in the Eucharist.
May your Holy Spirit make me Your friend and apostle,
available for your mission of compassion.
I place in Your hands my joys and hopes,
my works and sufferings, everything that I am and have,
in communion with my brothers and sisters of this Worldwide Prayer Network.
With Mary, I offer you my day for the mission of the Church
and for the prayer intentions of the Pope and my Bishop for this month.
Amen.

Proposals for the month

• “Recognize the immense love of God for me, who never tires of forgiving.” (Pope Francis)
• Acknowledge infidelities to God and the example that I must give as a Christian. Humbly dispose yourself to be forgiven and to acknowledge the lack of God’s tenderness in you. “Nothing of what a repentant sinner places before God’s mercy can be excluded from the embrace of his forgiveness.” (Pope Francis, Misericordia et misera, n.2)
• Welcome and rejoice God’s forgiveness, especially with the celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. “Confession is the passage from misery to mercy, it is God’s writing on the heart.” (Pope Francis, March 19, 2019)
• Create a more frequent spiritual habit of asking for forgiveness and forgiving others, of being more of an image of the Mercy of God the Father, especially with the people who hurt me the most. “We are called to live by mercy, because first, mercy has been used with us.” (Pope Francis, Misericordiae Vultus)
• Be merciful, according to this word of Pope Francis, that every attitude, word, gesture, be of healing, help, forgiveness and closeness to those who sin and those who suffer. “Forgiveness is a force that resurrects a new life and instills courage to look to the future with hope.” (Pope Francis, Misericordiae Vultus)
