主は新しい一日をお与えになり、主の共感のミッションのために働く新しい機会を与えてくださいます。わたしたちは、兄弟姉妹と人生を分かち合うことによって、救いの担い手となるように招かれています。それは、彼らがわたしたちの存在を通して主の現存を感じることができるように、彼らに奉仕するための機会なのです。 笑顔、励ましの言葉、ユーモアをもって困難に立ち向かうこと、あるいは侮辱や攻撃を受け流すこと、これらを捧げましょう。今日は必ずこのことを実行してみようと心に決めましょう。「わたしの主のお母さまがわたしのところに来てくださるとは、どういうわけでしょう」（ルカ1：43）。 天におられる …

この午後、少し休憩を取って、心がイエスと響き合うように調和させましょう。教皇フランシスコは次のように語っています。「神の人類に対する計画は善いものです。しかし、わたしたちは、日常生活の中で、悪の存在を経験します。それは日々の経験です」。しかし「誠実に神に祈ることができ、人類の運命を別の仕方で書くことができる人々もいます」。だから、祈りこそは「世界の中で広がる悪の洪水を前にしての避難所」となるのです。祈りは悪に打ち勝ちます。この信頼をもって祈りましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
The Lord offers you a new day and a new opportunity to offer you in the service of his mission of compassion. We are invited to be bearers of salvation by sharing our life with our brothers and sisters. It is time to serve others so that they feel the presence of the Lord with our presence. With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon to get your heart in tune with Jesus’. Pope Francis tells us that, “God’s plan for humanity is good, but in our daily affairs we experience the presence of evil. It is a daily experience.” However, “there are people who are capable of praying to God with sincerity, capable of writing humanity’s destiny in a different way,” and thus prayer becomes a “refuge before the flood wave of evil that grows in the world.” Prayer can defeat evil, pray with that confidence.

With Jesus in the night
Quiet yourself and be grateful for another day. Focus on your breathing and ask God to assist you in this moment. Look at your day in each moment. God is in you and wants to reach your brothers and sisters through you. In your life, have your attitudes been a reflection of the love of God? Have you mimicked the gestures of Jesus? It is up to you to remain in the love of Jesus. What could you do differently tomorrow? Write down a goal for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
