「天地は滅びるが、わたしの言葉は決して滅びない」（ルカ21：29-33）。今日という一日の初めに、心を開いて主が約束なさったことを受け入れましょう。この言葉はどのようにあなたに響きますか。この言葉はあなたを何へと招きますか。主と一緒に歩き、主のみことば、主の道、従うための確固たる基盤である主の行いを深く知るようにと、主はあなたを招いておられます。この道の妨げとなるすべてのものを手放しましょう。すべてのものは滅びゆき、残るのは主だけなのですから。主が蒔かれるもの、主が約束されるもの、主があなたに与えられるものは、すべて残ります。あなたが握りしめているものは何ですか。それは過ぎゆくものにすぎないのに。それらを手放して、主こそを手放さないようにしましょう。教皇フランシスコの意向を心の中に留めましょう。天におられる…

この午後、休憩を取り、心を集中させましょう。教皇はわたしたちに「テクノロジーの発達が度を増して人間の仕事を奪い、人類を傷つけるようなことを許してはなりません」、と言っています。どんな進歩も発展も、人間を強めるために用いられ、人間に取って代わるのでない場合のみ、本物です。すべての個人の働きが尊重され、中心におかれるような環境を育てていくことが必要です。それこそが、われわれが人間として発展する基礎なのです。あなたは自分の隣人の仕事を尊重していますか。今日の捧げを新たにしましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away” (Luke 21: 29-33). At the beginning of this day, accept the promise of the Lord with an open heart. How do these words resonate with you? What do they invite you to? The Lord invites you to walk with him, to know his Word, his way, and his gestures that are the solid foundation of following. Let go of everything that is an obstacle to this path because everything passes and only the Lord remains. What he sows, what he promises, what he offers you all remain. With Jesus during the day
Take a break this afternoon to meet Jesus. The throwaway culture makes technology replace people’s work. “The orientation of the economy has led to a type of technological advance to reduce production costs due to the decrease in jobs, which are replaced by machines” (Pope Francis). We are invited to a culture of encountering the Lord in others, in which the well-being of people must be the goal of all progress. Try to keep the well-being of your neighbors at the forefront of your intentions even in your smallest decisions. Relaunch your afternoon.

Calm yourself with an inner silence and recollect yourself from the distractions of the day. Be grateful for what you have experienced. Reflect on your day from your waking activities until now. In what activities have you felt full and at peace? In which ones have you lost your peace? What activities bring out the best in you? Be grateful for what you have experienced. Is there anything you want to apologize for? Make a resolution for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
