今日、主はわたしたちに主のみことばに耳を傾ける新しい機会を与えてくださいます。主のみことばを受け入れましょう。「主よ、いつわたしたちは、飢えておられるのを見て食べ物を差し上げ、のどが渇いておられるのを見て飲み物を差し上げたでしょうか。いつ、旅をしておられるのを見てお宿を貸し、裸でおられるのを見てお着せしたでしょうか。いつ、病気をなさったり、牢におられたりするのを見て、お訪ねしたでしょうか」（マタイ25：31-46）。「心の知恵とは、自分の外に出て、他の人へと向かって行くことです」（教皇フランシスコ）。隣人が苦しみ、飢え、渇き、裸でいる現実を前にして、あなたの日常生活はどんなものでしょうか。共感と思いやりがあなたを支配し、現れるように、心を開きましょう。天におられる…

少し休憩を取って、心を主に向けましょう。「現在の不平等の最も深い根源は完全には理解されていません。しかしそれは、技術的・経済的成長の方向性、目的、意義、および社会的文脈に関係しています」（教皇フランシスコ）。物事は人々への奉仕へと向けられなければならず、その物自体が目的ではありません。あなたは自分の行動と意図を主に向けていますか。手の届く範囲にあるテクノロジーを通じて、あなたはどのような奉仕をすることができますか。今日の決意を新たにしましょう。

With Jesus in the morning
On this day the Lord gives us another opportunity to listen to him. Accept his Word, “Lord, when we see you hungry, and did we feed you; or thirsty, and did we give you a drink? When we see you a stranger, did we welcome you; or naked, and did we clothe you? When did we see you sick or in jail, and did we go to see you?” (Matthew 25:31-46). “Wisdom of the heart is to go out of oneself towards the other” (Pope Francis). What is your ordinary life like in the presence of your neighbor who suffers, who is hungry, thirsty, naked? Open your heart so that compassion reigns in you and manifests itself. Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
Take a break to direct your heart to the Lord. “The deepest roots of the current imbalances are not fully realized, which have to do with the orientation, the ends, the meaning and the social context of technological and economic growth” (Pope Francis). Things must be geared towards serving people and are not an end in themselves. Do you direct your actions and intentions to the Lord? What services can you provide through the technologies that are within your reach? Recast your purpose for the day.

With Jesus in the night
Be grateful for the day that is ending. Remember the graces you have received. Who has been the face of God for you today? In what moments did God reach you through the words and actions of your neighbor? Close the day by praising God for his action in your life. What do you propose for tomorrow? Hail Mary….
