朝イエスと共に
友愛の出会い
今日は聖母マリアの訪問の祝日です。聖母マリアは従姉妹のエリサベトの家に行き、エリサベトは喜びをもって彼女を迎えます。二人の偉大な女性が出会い、主に完全に依存したことを祝うこの福音書を読むことから一日を始めましょう。
この出会いは、連帯と家族愛の証しです。「それは……神の訪れは、特別な天の出来事を通してではなく、単純な出会いの中で起こるということです。神は家庭の戸口に、二人の女性の優しい抱擁の中に、賞賛と希望に 満ちた二人の妊婦の出会いの中に来られるのです。そして、この出会いの中に、マリアの慈しみ、エリサベトの驚き、分かち合う喜びがあるのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。神の愛は単純なものの中に現れています。
今月の最終日、修道者と養成中の神学生のために捧げる祈りを祈りましょう。

イエスと共に歩む道
一日を振り返ってみましょう。イエスはいつもあなたを探しておられます：あなたは出会いの中でイエスを認めるように気を配っていましたか？「神とは関係であり、しばしば人間的な出会いを通して私たちを訪れてくださいます。私たちが他者に対して自らを開く方法を知っているとき、私たちのそばを毎日通り過ぎる人々のいのちに対するスリルがあるとき、そして私たちの心が、より傷つきやすい人々の傷に対して無関心で鈍感であり続けないときなのです」（教皇フランシスコ）。
修道女、修道者、神学生たちは、キリストの歩む道で出会い、キリストを自分の人生の選択としました。彼らの養成において、彼らが常に主を中心に置き、その旅路において主の献身と愛を広めることができるように祈りましょう。また、私たち自身が主に触れられるようにしましょう！
この最終日に、毎月の祈りの意向を祈ります。

今月を締めくくるにあたって
休む前に、今日受け取った贈り物を感謝しながら見直してください。友愛の出会いの中で主を認識しましたか？あなたの心に残ったものは何ですか？大きなものから小さなものまで、今日の恵みを示してくださるよう主にお願いしてください。
あなたが祈りと行動で世界中の神学生、修道者、修道女に寄り添い、彼らの完全な養成のために祈った一か月を振り返ってください。「彼らの養成が奉仕と忠実のうちに豊かな実を結ぶよう、主に祈ります」。
今月を通して受けた多くの善に感謝して眠り、明日からの新たな挑戦のために祈り続けることを誓いますように。

With Jesus in the morning
Fraternal Encounters
Today is the feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who goes to the home of her cousin Elizabeth who receives her with joy. Let us begin the day by reading this Gospel where two great women meet and celebrate their complete dependence on the Lord.
This encounter is a testimony of solidarity and family love. “… we see that God’s visit does not take place through extraordinary celestial events, but in the simplicity of an encounter. God comes to the door of a family home, in the tender embrace between two women, in the meeting of two pregnant women full of admiration and hope. And in this encounter is Mary’s solicitude, Elizabeth’s wonder, the joy of sharing” (Pope Francis). God’s love is manifested in the simple, are we aware of it?
On this last day of the month let us pray the prayer of offering for the religious men and women and seminarians in formation, so that their formation may strengthen their dedication.

On the road with Jesus
Take a moment to review the day. Jesus is always looking for you: have you been attentive to recognize him in the encounters? “God is relationship and often visits us through human encounters, when we know how to open ourselves to the other, when there is a thrill for the life of those who pass by our side every day and when our heart does not remain indifferent and insensitive to the wounds of those who are more fragile” (Pope Francis).
The nuns, religious and seminarians met him on his path and made him their life choice. Let us pray that in their formation, they will always have him at the center and that in their journey they will spread his devotion and love. Let us also allow ourselves to be touched by Him!
We pray on this last day the monthly prayer intention.

With Jesus in the night
As you close the month
Before resting, review with gratitude the gifts you received today. Did you recognize the Lord in some fraternal encounter? What has remained in your heart? Ask Him to show you the blessings of the day, the big ones and also the small ones.
As you reflect on the month in which you have accompanied with your prayer and action the seminarians, religious men and women from all over the world, praying for their integral formation. “We pray to you Lord that their formation may bear abundant fruit in service and fidelity.”
May you sleep in gratitude for so much good received throughout this month and commit yourself to continue praying for a new challenge starting tomorrow.
Pray the Our Father.
