Open your heart and your arms to this new day, and contemplate the details of divine love in your life, only then will you be able to love as He desires. “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart… You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:28-34). Think about the faces of the people who you share your daily life with in your family, at work, or in your neighborhood. How can you get the love that they need to them through you? Our Father. Take a break before continuing your day and record how you feel. It is time to enter into silence to return to what your purpose is, and remember to pray for this month’s intention. Pope Francis asks us to commit ourselves to the abolition of torture that “destroys the personality of the victim and despises the intrinsic dignity of every human being.” Keep in mind that with your acts of love, you can collaborate with this intention wherever you are. Is there someone who needs a little more of your understanding, your listening, or your respect in your daily life? (Team Argentina)

Lord, thank you. For the love that I feel, it comes from the love that I give to others in my day. Forgive me if sometimes my frailty prevents me from being a channel of charity and compassion. Make me fully understand that loving is worth more than everything so that I can live free in love. Help me to carry compassion in my smile and actions tomorrow. Hail Mary. (Team Italy)
