Receive this new day that you are beginning gratefully. The Lord asks a question hoping for sincerity of heart. “I shall ask you one question.” (Mk 11:27-33). If you want to know the secrets of the Lord, you must have a good intention, and when He is faced with an insincere heart, He respects our freedom. He cannot do anything. In the silence of prayer, examine what your heart is like without hiding anything. Open your heart to let the light in, and offer your journey for this month’s intention. Our Father. (Team Argentina)

Pause in the middle of the day to recover your strength. How do you feel? Next, breathe deeply and pray. “Jesus has come to this reality, to carry it on his back… let us pray for the many men and women who today are tortured in many countries around the world” (Pope Francis). And you do not need to go so far, look at the forms of abuse that exist around you. What gestures of love do you want to sow to build a more human place within this discouraged world? Don’t wait for the big opportunities but start small. (Team Argentina)

Lord, thank you for your attempts to take me out of my stubbornness, presumptions, and personal fears. Forgive me for the moments in which, faced with the demands of life, I chose the easiest path. Deliver me from the fear of being judged. Help me tomorrow so that my gestures do not cause suffering to others. Hail Mary. (Team Italy)
