With Jesus in the morning
Receive the gift of this day form the Lord. Jesus wants to walk it with you. Appreciate this reality. “An argument arose among the disciples about which of them was the greatest.” (Lk 9:46-50). Has this ever happened to you? The Lord knows that we thirst to be great, because “great is our identity as children of God.” But make no mistake, not all paths lead to true glory. Let Jesus lead you. Look at Him and you will get where you really want to go. Put aside the shortcuts of human successes and follow the Lord by choosing to be a servant of your brothers. Our Father.

With Jesus during the day
Stop your activities for only a moment. Enter your interior self and ponder Jesus on the cross. Contemplate how “they laugh at his condition as King and Son of God. This is the path of God, the path of humility. It is the way of Jesus, there is no other. And there is no humility without humiliation.” Pope Francis. What feelings are awakened in you when reading this? Talk to the Lord and let him teach you the mystery of his smallness and greatness at the same time. Choose some kind gesture that embodies this love of humble service today, and continue in this path with Him.

With Jesus in the night
At the end of this day, I invite you to pray and allow yourself to be challenged by this song by Francis Adão: “Jesus, as I contemplate in your life the way you treat others, I allow myself to be challenged by your tenderness, … Jesus, teach me your way to make the other feel more human, that your steps are my steps, my way of proceeding.” What resonates in your heart with you when your read this? Do you seek to make the other feel more human, with a respectful, cordial, tender treatment like that of Jesus? Ask Him for the help to treat our brothers as He treats you and humanizes this world. Write down a concrete goal that will humazine this world little by little. Hail Mary.
