With Jesus in the morning
Give thanks to the Lord for he offers you this day. He wants to live it with you and teach you his secrets that are often incomprehensible to us. “The Son of Man is going to be handed over into the hands of men” (Luke 9:43-45). Receive this mystery in the silence of your heart, but do not seek to understand. Only stay there with Jesus, ask him, and let yourself be enlightened by Him. Today you will have occasions to see the pain in the world of those who are close to us caused by the injustice of our sin . What initiative will you take to extinguish a little hate and injustice? Jesus counts on you to continue pouring out his mercy. He offers this day for that purpose. Our Father…

With Jesus during the day
How are you handling the busyness of your day? Rest, breathe, and then receive. Pope Francis invites you to dare “to share the suffering of others and stop fleeing from painful situations,” to find “that life makes sense by helping others in their pain, understanding the anguish of others, relieving others, feeling that the other is the flesh of your flesh, and not to be afraid to approach others until you touch their wound.” Ask the Spirit for this grace, that He moves you to go out, to be the His hands, His words, and His presence in your surroundings.

With Jesus in the night
End your day in solitude. Be grateful for the great or small graces that God has given you today whether it be a conversation, a surprise, or good company. Also, become aware of the painful or sad moments you experienced today and leave everything in His Hands. How did you live through those moments? Did you extend your helping hand to your brother? If you need it, this is the moment of forgiveness. Never stop offering it and asking for it to reflect the mercy of the Lord who never tires of waiting for our return to Him. Write a resolution for tomorrow. Hail Mary…
