With Jesus in the morning
As the day begins, I put myself in your presence, Lord, with an attitude of gratefullness, and I ask you for the grace to be able to start each day looking for your heart, to live in faith like Mary, in listening and availability. With a willing and humble heart I listen to your words, “Increase our faith.” (Lk 17: 5) So I ask myself: Do I express my faith in concrete and physical gestures or do I become nervous and shy when sharing? Today we remember our guardian angels. Always go to him, so that he may help you to always keep your eyes on the Lord and your neigbors. Our Father.

With Jesus during the day
I stop and pause, entering into the Lord’s presence reflecting on the words from the Way of the Heart (Step 9): “The Father sends his Son, and he sends his Church of collaborating disciples to carry out his mission. We are one body united in Christ Jesus.” Where are you sending me Lord and how are you inviting me to participate in your mission knowing that we are called and sent to be a witness of Love and Compassion in the world? I resume my journey in this dynamic keeping in mind the intention of this month, for a synodal church open to everyone.

With Jesus in the night
At the close of your day, look back and see how the Presence of God pervaded throughout your day. What moments come to mind in which you felt peace, joy and strength to face the difficulties you faced? Give thanks for these moments. Has your faith moved you to help others? How were your encounters with those you may not get along with as much? Do you think someone needs you to apologize? Walking with others is an incredible gift from God. Be thankful for the people in your life, and ask for a faith that translates into protecting those bonds. Hail Mary.
